Pro Auto Service & Repairs is a family business on Bando Road, Springvale. When you call, you talk to the family. When your car is on the hoist, it is the family working on it. There is no service adviser between you and the person holding the spanner.
We built this workshop on a simple observation: most people do not distrust mechanics because of the work. They distrust the not knowing. The quote that grows. The extras that appear on the invoice. The jargon that dares you to ask a question.
So the workshop runs on rules that remove the not knowing. They are printed below, and they are not marketing. They are how every job card here gets signed off.

- Rule 01
The quote is the price.
Work starts after you approve a written quote, and the invoice matches it. If something genuinely changes, the quote changes first, not the invoice after.
- Rule 02
We stop and call.
Found something extra while we are in there? Work stops. You hear what it is, why it matters and what it costs. You decide. Some things can wait, and we will tell you which ones honestly.
- Rule 03
Plain English, always.
You should not need a trade certificate to understand your own invoice. Every fault gets explained in words, not codes, and you can see the old parts if you want to.
- Rule 04
Your call on parts.
Genuine or OEM-equivalent, with the price difference and our recommendation explained. We fit what you choose.

The workshop is at 10 Bando Road, Springvale, in the industrial strip off Princes Highway. Most of our customers come from Springvale, Springvale South, Noble Park, Clayton, Keysborough, Dandenong and Mulgrave, but if you are willing to drive here, we are happy to see you.
